Story Petals is a paper florist located on the North Fork of Long Island, owned and operated by Lauren and Jeff Conklin. They specialize in creating hand-sculpted paper flowers from vintage and classic book pages. 

 

After relocating from New York City to the coastal town of Southold in 2020, the couple discovered a new creative energy blooming.

 

As avid readers, Lauren and Jeff have always incorporated books, both new and vintage, into their collective aesthetic. Story Petals is a manifestation of that aesthetic, and their creations blend the texture and nostalgia of vintage books with the delicate sensibilities of floral design. From Shakespeare to Judy Blume, Story Petals can transform the pages of any cherished favorite into a beautiful paper floral arrangement.

 

There’s no idea too big or too small, and working with customers to bring creative ideas to life is a passion at Story Petals.
